My backers and I bring expertise as former owners and operators at midsize software companies. We’ve been in your shoes before, and have grown multiple businesses from a few million to $20M+ annual recurring revenue.

I have complete “skin-in-the-game” accountability for your business. I’m not spread across a portfolio of competing bets and If your company fails, I fail.

You will be working directly with an actual person, not a team of faceless suits. Similarly, I don’t take myself too seriously and put a premium on working with people I enjoy spending time with.

I’m family-first and love involving your family through the transition process - when the time is right for you.

I am not interested in “flipping the business” in the short term. This is a long term commitment, and I’m planning for 10+ years.

I’m nimble and aim to close a potential deal in 90 days.

About me

I bring nearly 10 years of experience working on software products at both Fortune 500 companies and VC-backed startups. I’m an engineer by training and at heart.

I’ve spent most of my early life in the Midwest - growing up in Indiana just outside of Chicago, and then in Ann Arbor for my engineering degree. More recently, I’ve spent most of my time on the east coast after earning an MBA from Harvard. My last role was running business operations at TimescaleDB, a B2B startup selling hosted databases to developers. My work saw the company scale from 20 to 150+ employees, and from near zero revenue to $10M+ ARR

I’m now based in Brooklyn where I live with my wife, Kelly. I enjoy spending time reading, being an early-morning gym-goer, and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.
